About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Revenue Officer with a deep understanding of the financial industry and cryptocurrency world, with a proven track record of driving revenue generation and market expansion.

As the CRO  at Bits of Gold, you will be a key member of our leadership team, heading our Revenue & Growth department, which encompasses business development, sales, customer success, and marketing teams. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and drive the success of our holistic business development and growth strategy. This position requires a proactive leader with a strong track record in forming successful partnerships and the ability to build frameworks to evaluate, prioritize, and execute new opportunities without an established “playbook.”

To be successful, you will have to be able to juggle responsibilities across multiple endeavors in parallel, anticipate industry, market, and operational challenges, be awesome on the interpersonal level and very organized on a professional level.  We would expect you to be articulate, collaborative, and result driven in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, professionalism, confidentiality, and communication are essential. You will be a key leader, with a mandate to define and manage the company’s business development and sales endeavors.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and Execute Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and growth strategy for existing and new products and services, targeting both the B2C and B2B/2C markets, both locally and globally.
  • Achieve Annual Objectives: Contribute to meeting annual sales, profitability, volume, product mix, and other strategic and financial goals. Provide guidance and support to marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment, optimize revenue generation, and enhance customer experience.
  • Drive & Execute Partnerships:  Lead cross-functional partnership initiatives, owning all elements of the partnership lifecycle. This includes identifying, prioritizing, and establishing strategic partnerships that align with our growth objectives and value proposition. You will formulate and execute partnership programs, develop business cases, define viable commercial models and deal constructs, lead discussions and negotiations, resolve issues, and collaborate with partners to expand the pie and create win-win economics for both our organization and our partners.
  • Represent Bits of Gold on industry panels, at conferences, and other events. Strengthen our brand visibility and positioning within the FinTech and cryptocurrency community.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in BOG’s industry, technology and product landscape: Gather relevant data and market insights to identify new product and positioning opportunities, inform strategic decision-making, and drive market potential and prioritization.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, marketing or in sales roles, driving and implementing revenue growth – A must!
  • 5+ years of general leadership and management experience – A must!
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing sales, business development & customer success teams.
  • Proven experience in developing and negotiating high performance deal processes and partnerships for new categories and segments, while effectively overseeing more mature partnerships and projects.
  • Experience in the fintech, crypto, payments, or hyper-growth consumer tech industry, specifically in B2B/2C and B2C business, as well as at an international financial service provider (banking, investment, fintech, or cryptocurrency) is a major plus.
  • Excellent market knowledge and experience in both traditional Financial Institutions (FI) and fintech startup environments.
  • Extensive experience in developing business models, pricing and market intelligence.
  • Strategic thinking with attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
  • Strong relationship building and client management skills (B2B oriented) with a strong network across FinTechs, FI & Banks – are a major plus.
  • Excellent research and financial analytical skills, with the ability to:
    • build business cases and analyze/model key economic drivers and ROI’s.
    • assess and optimize performance and KPIs.
    • structure and operate complex business deals, and prioritize competing priorities.
  • Fluent verbal and written English and Hebrew – A must!
  • Flexibility for relocation to Europe – a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required. Master’s degree – a plus.
