About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Premium Client Relationship Manager, who will also manage our customer success team. In this position, the individual will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales (preferably premium sales), account management at an investment house, customer support, and team management, with superior communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills. You will report directly to the Chief Revenue & Growth Officer. 

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel

Job Type: Hybrid.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for premium clients and lead the sales cycle from sourcing to closure (lead generation, reach out, closing and ongoing client relationships), while collaborating with various internal teams such as compliance and operations.
  • Build, manage, and mentor our customer success team, by applying best practices, processes, and strategies to ensure exceptional service and support for our clients.
  • Proactively conduct market research to generate lists of potential leads, business opportunities, and new target market segments, and stay updated on industry trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer on B2B opportunities.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track and measure sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies that align with long-term business goals.

You Have:

  • 5-6 years of experience in sales, client relationships, and account management, ideally in the financial services industry - A must.
  • 1-2 years of experience as an account manager or sales representative ,with a proven track record of successfully managing high-value clients - A must.
  • Great understanding of crypto markets, digital asset trading, and investment strategies - A plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, preferably in a customer success team.
  • Exceptional English and Hebrew written and verbal skills - A must.

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Revenue Officer with a deep understanding of the financial industry and cryptocurrency world, with a proven track record of driving revenue generation and market expansion.

As the Chief Revenue at Bits of Gold, you will be part of the company’s leadership and you will lead our Revenue & Growth department, encompassing business development, sales and premium client relationships, customer success, and marketing teams. This pivotal role will involve overseeing and driving the success of our holistic business development and growth strategy. This role requires an established leader with a proactive mindset, a strong track record in driving successful partnerships, and experience in building frameworks to evaluate, prioritize and execute new opportunities without an established “playbook”. 

To be successful, you will have to be able to juggle responsibilities across multiple endeavors in parallel, anticipate industry, market, and operational challenges, be awesome on the interpersonal level and very organized on a professional level.  We would expect you to be articulate, collaborative, and result driven in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, professionalism, confidentiality, and communication are essential.  You will be a key leader, with a mandate to define and manage the company’s business development and sales endeavors, and will report directly to the CEO.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and Execute Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and growth strategy for existing and new products and services, targeting both the B2C and B2B/2C markets, both locally and globally.
  • Contribute to achieving annual objectives for sales, profitability, volume, product mix, and other strategic and financial goals. Provide guidance and support to marketing, sales & premium client relationships, and customer success teams to ensure alignment, optimize revenue generation, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Drive & Execute Partnerships: As a key responsibility, you will lead cross-functional partnership initiatives, owning all elements of the partnership life cycle. This includes identifying, prioritizing, and establishing strategic partnerships that align with our growth objectives and value proposition. You will formulate and execute partnership programs, develop business cases, define viable commercial models and deal constructs, lead discussions and negotiations, resolve issues, and collaborate with partners to expand the pie and create win-win economics for both our organization and our partners.
  • Connect and build ongoing relationships with industry peers and counterparties to further distribute strategic relationships and partnerships, and to stay on top of key trends and industry developments.
  • Represent Bits of Gold on industry panels, at conferences, and other events. Strengthen our brand visibility and positioning within the FinTech and cryptocurrency community.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in BOG’s industry, technology and product landscape: Gather relevant data and market insights to identify new product and positioning opportunities, inform strategic decision-making, and drive market potential and prioritization.

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, ability to run with tasks with little direction, and excel in ambiguous situations and adapt to shifting landscapes.
  • Fluent verbal and written English and Hebrew - A must!
  • Flexibility for relocation to Europe - a plus


Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, marketing or in sales roles, driving and implementing revenue growth - A must!
  • 5+ years of general leadership and management experience - A must!
    Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing sales, business development & customer success teams.
  • Proven experience in developing and negotiating high performance deal processes and partnerships for new categories and segments, while effectively overseeing more mature partnerships and projects. 
  • Experience in the fintech, crypto, payments, or hyper-growth consumer tech industry, specifically in B2B/2C and B2C business, as well as at an international financial service provider, such as banking, investment, fintech, or cryptocurrency, is a major plus.
  • Excellent market knowledge and experience in both traditional FI and fintech startup environments.
  • Extensive experience in developing business models, pricing and market intelligence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required. Master’s degree - a plus.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Project Manager to lead a confidential project at Bits of Gold. As the project manager, you will be responsible for spearheading the project's development, establishing business operations from scratch, and ensuring its success. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on an innovative and groundbreaking initiative within the cryptocurrency industry.

You’ll be reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and collaborating closely with other key players on the team including Management, Product, Compliance, Finance, Legal, Operations, Marketing etc..

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the crypto project, aligning business objectives with market trends and opportunities.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the cryptocurrency, fintech, and financial industries to identify business potential landscape.
  • Partnerships & Business Development: Employ strong business development skills to identify, evaluate, and pursue potential partnerships, collaborations, and alliances with key stakeholders in the crypto, fintech, and financial sectors.
  • Operations Setup: Manage and build the necessary infrastructure, systems, and processes to support the project's operations, including compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Product Development: Lead the development of the innovative crypto product, working closely with technical teams to define product specifications, features, and functionalities.
  • Compliance and Regulation: Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines within the cryptocurrency industry and ensure the project's adherence to them. Also engage with regulators and establish relationships to address any concerns.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, adoption, and retention for the project's offerings.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation for the project, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource utilization.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to protect the project's interests and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various players including lawyers, accountants, product teams, compliance officers, and external bodies and partners to ensure seamless operations, regulatory compliance, and effective communication.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports, presenting key project updates, performance metrics, and future plans to senior management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Leadership and Management Experience in Financial Services - Minimum 7 years of successful leadership and management experience in the financial services industry, with a track record of accomplishments - a Must!
  • Entrepreneurship and Start-up Experience - Proficient in establishing startups or leading early-stage businesses, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset - a Must!
  • Crypto, Blockchain, and Fintech Knowledge - Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and fintech industry trends, with experience in relevant roles - a Major plus!
  • Strategic Thinking and Vision - Exceptional ability to anticipate challenges, adjust strategies, and drive innovative solutions to achieve project goals.
  • Business Development and Partnership Skills - Proven capability in identifying and pursuing valuable partnerships, alliances, and collaborations.
