About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Revenue Officer with a deep understanding of the financial industry and cryptocurrency world, with a proven track record of driving revenue generation and market expansion.

As the Chief Revenue at Bits of Gold, you will be part of the company’s leadership and you will lead our Revenue & Growth department, encompassing business development, sales and premium client relationships, customer success, and marketing teams. This pivotal role will involve overseeing and driving the success of our holistic business development and growth strategy. This role requires an established leader with a proactive mindset, a strong track record in driving successful partnerships, and experience in building frameworks to evaluate, prioritize and execute new opportunities without an established “playbook”. 

To be successful, you will have to be able to juggle responsibilities across multiple endeavors in parallel, anticipate industry, market, and operational challenges, be awesome on the interpersonal level and very organized on a professional level.  We would expect you to be articulate, collaborative, and result driven in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, professionalism, confidentiality, and communication are essential.  You will be a key leader, with a mandate to define and manage the company’s business development and sales endeavors, and will report directly to the CEO.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and Execute Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and growth strategy for existing and new products and services, targeting both the B2C and B2B/2C markets, both locally and globally.
  • Contribute to achieving annual objectives for sales, profitability, volume, product mix, and other strategic and financial goals. Provide guidance and support to marketing, sales & premium client relationships, and customer success teams to ensure alignment, optimize revenue generation, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Drive & Execute Partnerships: As a key responsibility, you will lead cross-functional partnership initiatives, owning all elements of the partnership life cycle. This includes identifying, prioritizing, and establishing strategic partnerships that align with our growth objectives and value proposition. You will formulate and execute partnership programs, develop business cases, define viable commercial models and deal constructs, lead discussions and negotiations, resolve issues, and collaborate with partners to expand the pie and create win-win economics for both our organization and our partners.
  • Connect and build ongoing relationships with industry peers and counterparties to further distribute strategic relationships and partnerships, and to stay on top of key trends and industry developments.
  • Represent Bits of Gold on industry panels, at conferences, and other events. Strengthen our brand visibility and positioning within the FinTech and cryptocurrency community.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in BOG’s industry, technology and product landscape: Gather relevant data and market insights to identify new product and positioning opportunities, inform strategic decision-making, and drive market potential and prioritization.

    • assess and optimize performance and KPIs.
    • structure and operate complex business deals, and prioritize competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, ability to run with tasks with little direction, and excel in ambiguous situations and adapt to shifting landscapes.
  • Fluent verbal and written English and Hebrew - A must!
  • Flexibility for relocation to Europe - a plus


Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, marketing or in sales roles, driving and implementing revenue growth - A must!
  • 5+ years of general leadership and management experience - A must!
    Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing sales, business development & customer success teams.
  • Proven experience in developing and negotiating high performance deal processes and partnerships for new categories and segments, while effectively overseeing more mature partnerships and projects. 
  • Experience in the fintech, crypto, payments, or hyper-growth consumer tech industry, specifically in B2B/2C and B2C business, as well as at an international financial service provider, such as banking, investment, fintech, or cryptocurrency, is a major plus.
  • Excellent market knowledge and experience in both traditional FI and fintech startup environments.
  • Extensive experience in developing business models, pricing and market intelligence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required. Master’s degree - a plus.

  • Serve as the central point of contact for premium clients, being available 24/7 to generate quotes, and to ensure strong and reliable client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, backoffice, trade ops, and compliance to ensure seamless premium client experiences.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of demonstrated leadership and team management experience in customer support and success - a must.
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing customer success and support practices.
  • 1-2 years of successful experience managing high-value clients as an account manager or sales representative - A major plus.
  • Strong understanding of crypto markets, digital asset trading, and investment strategies - a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven approach.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Our CS team serves as the primary point of contact for our clients. We strive to provide our customers with a high-quality experience across all of our products. To continue to achieve our goals, we are looking for a CSR to join our growing team. 

As a CSR, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, live online chat and email communications with new and existing customers. You will be passionate about our vision while providing a world-class customer experience. 

Reporting directly to our CS Team Lead, you will work collaboratively with the CS team and as a liaison between multiple departments including marketing, sales, product, and operation to ensure the BOG customer voice is heard.

  • Flexible work schedules - Shifts work 
    • Shifts Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 09:00-14:00 or 14:00-18:00.

What You'll Do:

  • Above all else - provide a best-in-class customer service experience, over the phone and through various communication tools responding to client requests and anticipating unstated needs, while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards them at all times.
  • Provide first-level support to the company’s clients, develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Examine and approve new clients according to regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively assist clients to complete their transactions - from creating an account to verifying the transaction has been completed and everything in between.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Utilize appropriate resource materials to effectively and accurately interpret‚ respond and resolve customer inquiries and problems.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer support process.
