About the Role:

Join Bits of Gold, a leading cryptocurrency company, as a Sales Manager and take ownership of the entire sales cycle. We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated individual to drive business growth, exceed sales targets, and cultivate strong relationships with clients. You will report directly to the Chief Revenue & Growth Officer.

  • Reporting: Directly to the Chief Revenue Officer
  • Position: Full time

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Proactively conduct market research to generate lists of potential leads, business opportunities, and new target market segments while staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients, leveraging personal networks and attending relevant industry events.
  • Work closely under the Chief Revenue Officer on B2B opportunities, including forging partnerships, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track and measure sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies aligned with long-term business goals.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape in the cryptocurrency market.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in CRM systems.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional post-sale customer support and addressing any issues promptly.

You Are:

  • A leader and a team player. A self-starter, full of initiative, who takes ownership, enjoys and excels working cross functionally to deliver results through partnerships, with a strong work ethic.
  • A creative yet practical person. An intellectually curious, think out of the box person, who knows how to translate it into actions, with an organized and results oriented approach.
  • A great communicator, with a client-focused attitude, excellent listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A fast self learner who’s eager to learn new and rapid industry and technological developments in an agile way.

You Have:

  • 5-6 years of experience in sales, client relationships, and account management, ideally in the financial services industry – A must.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, ideally in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2C and B2B sales processes, with experience managing both segments.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for cryptocurrencies with a good understanding of the market – a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional English and Hebrew written and verbal skills – A must.
